The message reads: You have done well for us in the past. Thanks to your speedy delivery of our data to Terran High Command, the future is almost safe. Destruction, however, has not yet been completely avoided. The forces which oppose us have learned of our manipulation of time, and wish to balance the scales. Therefore, we require your assistance once again. Travel to Risa; there you will encounter a device which we call the Star Gate. Its purpose is to allow our enemy's passage into your sector of the galaxy, which, usually, is hyperspatially severed from the rest. Through their own manipulation of time, they have placed this device in the Risa system, so to hasten their invasion of your sector--but it is not yet fully operational. Its shiels are strong, but its weapons are limited in range. Do not fly too close to its entrance, however, for it can eradicate your ship. You must destroy the Star Gate--the future depends upon it. Return to Luna when your mission is finished.
